Cypress is another oil widely used in skin care preparations for its scent as well as its tonic properties. It can help to stimulate the circulatory system. Use this blend several times a day for maximum effect. Slip into a sheer ocean of energy with these magical bath salts. Imagine taking a dip in the pristine primal ocean, some 250 million years ago. Now you can. Relax, while your body absorbs the 84 vital nutrients and your skin attains the soft glow of health.

Himalayan bath salts, contains 84 essential minerals, more than any other bath salt, including magnesium, potassium, bromide and calcium which are readily absorbed into the skin during a 15-30 minute bathe.

Himalayan bath salt is known to alleviate severe cases of dry skin disorders. Dip into a Himalayan salt bath and it will stimulate circulation, hydrate the skin, increase moisture retention, promote cellular regeneration, detoxify the skin and help heal dry, scaling, irritated skin. Salt water bathing reduces inflammation of the muscles and joints, relaxes muscles and relieves pain and soreness and will improve psoriasis.

Add 2 lbs of Himalayan bath salt to a bath tub, add just enough warm water to cover it. After about half an hour the salt will dissolve. Be careful to let them all dissolve before entering to the bath to avoid injury. Fill your bath tub with only water not any other products. Make sure the temperature is around body temperature at 98.6 F for maximum benefit. Soak for around 15-30 minutes, do not shower simply dry off with a towel. After rest for about 30 minutes. Please note if you have any heart problems consult with doctor first.
